Disaster Kleenup International, Inc., North America's largest disaster restoration contracting organization, today announced that DKI Member Company, United Services by Permaco, Inc., of Lake Bluff, IL, helped raise over $16,000 for the Motes Estate during an Estate Sale held May 8-9, 2009.

This was made possible with the support and assistance of local organizations and the community. The proceeds will benefit the Motes Estate in memory of Kathy and Christopher Motes who died on February 28, 2009.

"United Services and its employees showed great compassion and understanding towards my family in this tragic situation. The Motes family greatly appreciates the way in which things were handled," said Dave Motes.

Gary Swenson, President of United Services by Permaco, Inc, said, "I am proud of the role United Services employees took in helping this family during a very emotional and difficult time."

United Services performed restoration services at the parsonage next to First Presbyterian Church in Wilmette during the first week of March and is assisting with the Estate Sale.
