  Seeking Cleaning & Insulation Technicians – Lake Bluff, IL

Responsibilities: 

• Works with and leads team members to complete jobs, ensuring quality, safety, timeliness, customer service, and profitability standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; live within 25 miles of Lake Bluff
• 1-3 years of experience with housekeeping, contents cleaning, insulation, or other related experience; high school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from a ladder, handle the physical demands of jobs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals and wear PPE as needed
• Basic math abilities and comfortable with technology
• Effective communication skills and ability to interpret and follow written instructions
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work well with others
